MANTRA is the official digital platform managed by the MANTRA organizing team for managing and delivering information, registration, and official results for MANTRA events, including but not limited to MANTRA116, LELONO, and BRODER50 (“Events”).
MANTRA is a single event organizer managing multiple events, not a marketplace for third-party organizers.

- Email address
- Phone number
- Participant profile data (such as gender, nationality, emergency contact, race category)
- Event registration details
- Race category and bib number
- Participation status and race results
- Device information (OS version, device model)

MANTRA does not store payment card or banking information. All payment processing is handled by authorized third-party payment providers.
3. Purpose of Data Usage
We use User data to:
- Provide event information and services
- Process event registrations
- Display official race results and rankings
- Send important notifications related to Events
- Improve application performance and user experience
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
4. Data Sharing
User data may be shared only with:

- Official MANTRA event management teams

Account deletion is irreversible.
9. Event Responsibility Disclaimer
All Events displayed and managed within the Platform are organized by MANTRA. MANTRA is responsible for event execution, safety standards, and official results.
The Platform serves as a digital service tool and does not guarantee uninterrupted access due to technical limitations beyond reasonable control.
10. Intellectual Property
All content within the Platform, including text, logos, branding, designs, and systems, is the property of MANTRA or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published within the Platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
